Corbetta Racing vows to take part in the Formula Italia Championship

Corbetta Racing manifested the intention of taking part in the Formula Italia championship, organized by Gruppo Peroni Race in collaboration with PNK Motorsport. Founded in February 1991, the Lombardy-based team was built on the experience and passion of Angelo Corbetta, who in view of the upcoming sporting season aims to expand its 2022 program with Formula Italia.

“When this opportunity arose, I decided to seize it immediately,” Corbetta commented.
“Given the difficulties of the past two years and the fact that those cars are no longer admitted in the Italian championship, the idea of creating a low-cost trophy, in which young people can get closer to motoring, is excellent. The format is excellent too, and so are the costs. Furthermore, the fact that it is organised by Gruppo Peroni Race it is a guarantee, given the years of experience and the opportunities it offers in the media ”.
